Especially for churches: bright ideas in print design

An attractive note of welcome sent to neighbours in the area can remind them that the church is there and that they would be welcome to attend services and/or upcoming events.

Marketing research indicates that this type of approach can be effective, particularly if there is a commitment to several annual efforts.

I recommend targeting early September, Advent, and Lent – times when people are most likely to be ‘thinking church’.
